Meet Our Staff

Hear what they have to say about our church..........

Chuck Nation, Pastor:   "At FBC, we are working together to bring to you dynamic, Spirit-filled & led public worship,  aggressive & purposeful outreach, Bible teaching & preaching that grows disciples, a genuine fellowship of believers through small groups, and creative & effective involvement of members in ministry.  Come join with us and see why FBC is the friendliest place in town!"

Bill White, Choir and Worship Leader:
“Sing to the LORD, praise His name; proclaim His salvation day after day.” Psalm 96:2

My goal as the worship and choir leader at First Baptist Flowery Branch is to use music to:
  • Provide wisdom about God’s will and His way
  • Praise and worship God
  • Encourage and lift the spirit of each person in our service

Music is one of the great creations of our God! The music that is heard in our church is a mixture of traditional and contemporary music that has one main thing in common. It exalts and glorifies God, the work of His Holy Spirit, and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Come and join us in our musical celebration each Sunday!

Susan Nation, Special Music Coordinator:  "God uses many things that He created in us to touch the hearts and lives of others.  One is laughter.  Another is music.  Our goal in the Special Music Program at FBC is to use music to prepare hearts for worship and to receive the message of God's Word.  We emphasize a "team" spirit and effort in acheiving this goal.  As individuals come alongside each other, helping and encouraging each other, it builds a great sense of unity and joy in serving God this way. If you have a voice to use for God or can play a musical instrument, contact me. God can use you!"
